How do I return / Exchange my products(s)???
• Customers can exchange/ return their order within 2 days.
Case 1: Customer must check the order at the time of delivery. If the product is damaged or incorrect customer can reject order and reorder. He should inform us in detail on email@example.com.
Case 2: If customer has accepted the order and he comes to know that the product is damaged or incorrect then also he can reorder the new product or can ask for refund. But customer has to inform us within 48 hours from accepted delivery time else no refund or return will be given. He should inform us and send photographs in detail on firstname.lastname@example.org.
• All returned items must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
• You can simply mail us on email@example.com to initiate the process. You will also receive an email confirmation from us as well.
• Return/ Exchange Policy: As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. A maximum of Rs. 50 will be refunded to you for this in the form of Reward coupons which you can use for future orders.
• You can courier the product(s) to the address provided by our team.
• Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service.
• Once we have received the products and our internal quality check has been carried out, the product amount will be credited back to your account as reward coupons. Refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable.
• Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Care team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at firstname.lastname@example.org we will get back to you.
